Father rapes stepdaughter until pregnant, victim mother covers up perpetrator’s actions, reveals after giving birth. Page all

KOMPAS.com – A father in the District Cirebon, West Java, with the initials K (56), had the heart to rape her stepson CSD (16) until she became pregnant and gave birth. However, the baby died.

In carrying out the action, the perpetrator always threatened the victim not to tell his family about the incident.

However, the perpetrator’s actions were exposed after the victim gave birth.

The Head of Cirebon Police, Kombes Pol M Syahbudi, said that the perpetrators’ depraved actions were carried out five times from 2019 to 2020.

“From the perpetrator’s confession, he slept with the victim five times,” he was quoted as saying Among.

He continued, the action was carried out when the perpetrator’s wife was not at home. In fact, the perpetrator also raped the victim while his wife was sleeping in the room.

Because of his actions, the victim became pregnant and gave birth. However, the baby died.

“The victim was pregnant and gave birth, but her child died,” said Syahbudi when released at the Cirebon Police, Friday (7/8/2020).

Syahdudi said, the perpetrator was arrested in one of the sub-districts bordering Central Java Province.

Meanwhile, quoted from Among, Head of the Service Unit for Women and Children (PPA) Satreskrim Cirebon Police Iptu Dwi Hartati said the perpetrator threatened the victim not to tell his family about the incident.

“During this year, the victim was also threatened by the perpetrator not to tell his actions,” he said.

Dwi said, the discovery of this case after the victim gave birth. The victim’s aunt who knew about this immediately reported the perpetrator’s actions to the police until the perpetrator was finally arrested.

“If the victim’s mother covered up the perpetrator’s actions, the one who reported it was her aunt,” he said.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Law Number 17 of 2016 in lieu of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.

Perpetrators face a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
