According to the report, the Vermont Police Department was notified at 5:55 p.m. local time on May 1. The complaint came from a home in Stamford, a village in the US state of Vermont. Several bottles of alcohol were allegedly stolen while the owners were not at home. When surveillance footage was subsequently analyzed, the police were able to identify Miller. They only found the latter on August 7, late in the evening. Miller was served a subpoena, the actor is expected in court on September 26.
