Nikita Mirzani today underwent an examination related to his report at the Propam Police Headquarters. He wants to be questioned regarding his complaint against the Serang Banten Police.
According to detikcom monitoring, Monday (27/6/2022), Nikita Mirzani came to the National Police Headquarters at 13.18 WIB. He will undergo an examination accompanied by his attorney, Fahmi Bachmid.
“Today’s agenda, thank God, Niki’s report that propamin police in Serang Banten was received by Propam. Today I want to be examined on my report,” said Nikita Mirzani.
Nikita Mirzani has prepared several pieces of evidence related to the report. Nikita Mirzani did not accept the alleged criminalization carried out by the Serang Banten Police regarding him.
“We have prepared the files from start to finish. We will inform you after the process,” explained Fahmi Bachmid.
Previously, Nikita Mirzani said that investigators from the Satreskrim Polresta Serang City were unprofessional in handling a case involving him as the reported person. Nikita complained about the matter to the National Police Propam.
Nikita was present accompanied by her lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, and has made the report this afternoon, Wednesday (22/6). The report is registered at Number: SPSP2/3542/VI/2022/Bagyanduan.
“So Niki asks for legal protection and justice for allegations of criminalization and unprofessionalism. The point is like that. What kind of material, there are about nine pages, we have conveyed the following attachments,” Fachmi told reporters, Wednesday (22/6).
Fachmi did not want to mention who the police officers who were reported to Propam were. However, in the complaint letter, it is stated that Nikita Mirzani complained about the application for legal protection and justice for alleged criminalization and unprofessionalism as well as arbitrary actions carried out by investigators from the Satreskrim Polresta Serang City in handling the police report number LP/B/263/2022/SPKTC/ Serang City Police/Banten Police, dated 16 May 2022 on behalf of the reporter Mahendra Dito.
“So related to this problem, we have complained. Who we report, that is the business of Propam. So we won’t tell our colleagues because it will be an investigation process or maybe it will be followed up by the Propam institution itself. Propam will definitely follow up on complaints,” he said.
Furthermore, Fahmi also said that this complaint also includes the process of picking up Nikita on June 15, 2022 in the morning. He calls his client asking Propam for justice.
“So a problem arose on the 15th, Niki suddenly came to his house at 3 am, so we reported all the problems and Niki asked for justice,” he said.
