In the tangled group B, all four teams are in the game before the third round. Spain leads the table with four points, the Czechia is second with two points and a score of 2: 2, the third Italy also has two points and a score of 1: 1, the last Slovenia scored a point. The two best teams in the group will advance to the eight-member playoffs, which will take place in the second part of the tournament from May 31 to June 6.
The Czech team will postpone the win regardless of the parallel duel Italy – Slovenia. A draw would be enough for the “Lions” only if the second match ends in a draw. But then they need to have more goals scored than the team from the Apennine Peninsula. In the case of equality of points and scores, the disciplinary criterion would decide on the quarterfinalist, which so far sounds much better for the Czechs. So far, they have received five yellow cards, the Italians have collected nine yellow cards and four red cards.
