Women’s policy is economic policy.
The equalitA seal of quality recognizes companies and organizations:
- promote women within the company,
- who ensure gender equality within the company,
- who promote and make women’s careers visible and thus support professional equality for both genders both within their own company or organization and beyond.

Submission for organizations
With the introduction of a seal of quality for companies and organizations, the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economic Affairs is setting an example Equal opportunities, equality and fairness. This will be a Seal of quality for the economy created. In addition, one will be Award in three categories for the most innovative measures in the area of promoting women within companies awarded. The deadline for submission for the “equalitA 2024” award for all quality seal companies and quality seal organizations is March 31, 2024. The awarding of the quality seal certificates, which are valid for three years, as well as the award ceremony will take place on May 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Marble Hall in the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economic Affairs.
