OSTRAVA Epidemiologist Rastislav Maar should become the new Dean of the Faculty of the University of Ostrava. He decided to do so on Monday during the Danish election of the academic sentiment of the faculty. His proposal is submitted to the rector Jan Lat, only the dean is appointed to the proposal of the sentry. Maar succeeded in the first round of the election, when he won ten of the 18 monch votes.

Maar is known from his previous work in the working group for the release of quarantine measures associated with covid-19.
