Eleven people were killed and several dozen others were injured this Saturday morning, August 6, in the accident of a polish coach which deviated from the route in the north of Croatia.
“A serious road accident occurred around 5:40 a.m. The bus veered off course and slid into the ditch along the highway. Several people died and several dozen passengers were injured.said a police spokesman, Marko Muric, without being able to specify the number of victims. “These are foreign nationals”, he added.
The bus took the direction of Zagreb
The accident happened on a highway some 60 km north of Zagreb as the bus was heading towards the Croatian capital.
