Eduardo Cesti, renowned theater, film and television actor, passed away on Friday, December 4. The remembered ‘Mayor Gamboa’ from the homonymous police series had suffered a progressive deterioration in his health in the last decade.
Faced with this unfortunate loss, different Peruvian personalities turned to their social networks to dedicate heartfelt words of farewell to the Peruvian actor.
Through Twitter, actor Germán Loero was one of the first figures to refer to the death of Cesti.

Paul Martin, actor of the series “Back to the neighborhood” of América TV, also wanted to say goodbye to his colleague through a message on Twitter. “Eduardo Cesti left us. Rest in peace, my madman ”, wrote.
The actress Mónica Sánchez also made a public message to say goodbye to Cesti through her official Twitter account, where she highlighted the great talent of the actor.
