Edition Thionville – Hayange | The vagrant parrot finds its owner

The unusual presence of a parrot flying over the gardens and houses of Florange has challenged more than one resident Sunday at the end of the day near rue Nationale or rue du Chevalet. Some residents have even managed to take a picture of it, from a distance, posed in height.

The firefighters were alerted, a specialized animal team intervened. The bird was caught before dark, around 8:30 p.m. It was returned to its owner. No further information has been released.

“He was tired of confinement, he got out,” laughs a Facebook user. “Without certification,” adds another.
