No defendants at the bar
This Tuesday, no defendants at the helm of the Thionville Criminal Court, nor lawyers in this case. Only the customs representative will intervene to request a fine against the two protagonists of this crime. In this case 640 € for the one, of Bulgarian nationality, claiming the profession of prostitute, and 4300 € for the Portuguese carpenter. The public prosecutor also wishes to weight 6 months in prison suspended the criminal record of these two regular drug users.
Requisitions followed by President Anne Rupp and her assessors, who however reduced the fine for Monsieur (€ 3,260), because part of the drug was found on Madame, and therefore cannot be attributed to her.
