Irregularities
“In reference to the violations that were monitored by the Al-Safa Club Fans Association in violation of Article (1/8) of the basic regulations for sports clubs, which stipulated adherence to the rules and regulations in force in the Kingdom, and in accordance with what was stated in Article (3/36) of the basic regulations for clubs. Sports, which stipulates: (The Ministry may dissolve the Board of Directors for any of the following cases: if it commits actions, practices, or actions that are inconsistent with public order, public morals, or established regulations), and given the failure of Al-Safa Club in the Eastern Province to comply with the rules and regulations that achieve… The lofty goals of sports, the Ministry of Sports decided the following:
Dissolution of the club’s board of directors
First: Dissolving the Board of Directors of Al-Safa Club, effective from its date, in accordance with the basic regulations of sports clubs.
Violators
Second: Depriving violators of membership in the club or any other clubs, and referring them to the relevant authorities to take the necessary action.
The Ministry of Sports stresses to everyone in this regard the necessity of adhering to the rules and regulations of sports competitions.”
