Red Thread Games has announced the Action-Adventure “Dustborn”, which will appear in the year 2021 for the PC (Steam), Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. A first Trailer impressions delivers. It means: “Dustborn is a story-heavy Third-Person single-player Road trip-Action-Adventure about hope, friendship, love, robot – and the Power of language. In a Graphic Novels-inspired, lively and dangerous post-info is awarded on completion of America, a group from the outside has to fester and Uttering a divided continent to cross, to transport a mysterious package from California to Nova Scotia.”
The Story is complemented: the year is 2030. Since the Broadcast, three decades have passed. You play as Pax: Ex-con, time, an outsider, an impostor, and Abnormal with the supernatural, disinformation-driven forces. Your task: to transport a package through a divided America. But this is not A women’s Job. The fanatical puritans hang you on the butt, the authoritarian justice stands in your way and you’re in the fourth month of pregnancy. You need help. You need a Crew. In the company of a motley bunch of strange guys with strange powers, you have to the many obstacles that are in your way, overcome, attain your goal and your past, escape – be it through Manipulation, cunning deception, or brute force.”
