On Thursday evening a woman (19 years old) was pushed onto the track on the platform of the Bergen op Zoom station. Police say this was done on purpose.
The people who saw it happen drove the woman off the track. The victim was injured in the fall and was shocked, police said. Police have not disclosed what her injuries are.
As far as is known, the two women did not know each other. A 41-year-old woman from Middelburg was arrested, she is still in custody and will be questioned on Friday.
The victim filed a complaint.
