Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Yogya. DIY Regional Police succeeded in apprehending five perpetrators of confinement accompanied by sexual violence in Condong Catur, Depok, Sleman Regency.
It is known that the five perpetrators had the initials MSH and JD (43), YR and YC (36), AS alias ANW (48), ARD alias RK (23) and a woman with the initials MM and MY (41), Wednesday (7/2/24) .
Regarding this matter, the Head of Public Relations of the DIY Regional Police, Kombes. Pol. Nugroho Arianto., S.I.K., said that the incident of confinement accompanied by sexual violence was experienced by the victim at Paragon Jalan Merpati No 89 Mancasan Lor Dero RT 019 RW 015 Condong Catur, Depok, Sleman.

Dirreskrimum Polda DIY, Kombes. Pol. FX Endriadi, S.I.K., also said that the incident where the three were detained began when the victim invested or collaborated with the perpetrator to buy and sell a car of around IDR 1.2 billion.
“Since June 2023 the victim and the suspect MSH have been collaborating on buying and selling cars. The suspect provided capital of IDR 1.2 billion. Since August 2023 the victim has not provided any profits to the suspect,” said Kombes. Pol. FX Endriadi.
For these actions, the suspect was charged with Article 333 of the Criminal Code (criminal confinement), Article 368 of the Criminal Code (snatching), Article 351 of the Criminal Code (torture), Article 6 of Law No. 12 of 2022 (criminal sexual violence) with a minimum threat of five prison terms.
