At around 7:30 this morning, the emergency services received a report of an explosion in Antwerp’s Gounodstraat, in the city center. “The initial findings show that a fire bomb was thrown at the front door of a house,” said Kim Bastiaens, spokesperson for the Antwerp police. “There is damage to the front door of an apartment building and to the street.”
The police started an investigation. There were no injuries.
