Jakarta: A few weeks ago, the beta version of WhatsApp Android received a new feature in the form of messages that can disappear automatically after being read by the recipient of the message. Now, this feature can also be tried by interested iOS device users.
According to a WABetaInfo report, this feature is also available on the iOS beta version of WhatsApp. Thus, the beta testers of the iOS version of the app have been able to start trying and providing their feedback.
As a reminder, WhatsApp’s disappearing message feature has the ability to delete messages seven days after they are read. However, until now, this feature has not provided a shorter duration option.
