Dies from police coronavirus that worked in Vive Latino

An element of the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City that was assigned to the surveillance of the Vive Latin died after he got the COVID-19.

It transpired that in the first instance, the officer only received a medical license for 14 days, because his officers considered that his symptoms were not serious, however, by the time they diagnosed the problem, they could do nothing for him.
The capital dependency assures that it regrets the death of the officer and that it will provide all the necessary help to the family.

The Vive Latino was held from March 14 to 15 past in Mexico City, after the authorities ruled out canceling it due to the expansion of the coronavirus.

Through a statement, the SSC indicates that currently no other police present symptoms of the virus, however, the fear in field agents is present, as they assure “the necessary security measures are not taken” while doing their job of monitoring streets.
