President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, where the call discussed developments in the situation in the Palestinian arena, and the ongoing efforts to stop the ongoing military escalation.
In this context, the two presidents agreed on the importance of intensifying coordination and consultation and advancing diplomatic efforts aimed at reducing escalation and violence, protecting civilians and stopping bloodshed, and embarking on the path to achieving comprehensive, just and sustainable peace, to ensure security and stability in the region.
This was stated by Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic.
