The NBA champions are in trouble.
Lakers fell 115-85 at home to the Phoenix Suns, who led 3-2 in the first-round playoff series.
The Angelenos did not have Anthony Davis and he weighed them a lot. The forward injured his groin last game, and that has affected the Lakers with two losses.
For Game 6 it is expected that he can return, otherwise the Suns have the table set to eliminate Phoenix, who were second in the West.
LeBron James had 24 points, but he can’t just with the team.
Devin Booker added 30 units to bring the Suns closer to the next round. The Game will be at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Chris Paul added a total of nine points and six assists for Phoenix.
