Making the franchise’s wildest dreams come true, the Demon’s Souls remake could land faster than expected in our living rooms.
Confirmed after months of rumors, the remake of Demon’s Souls played it fairly sober in its presentation by not communicating any release date. However, today we discover that the latter seems closer than we might think following the classification of the title by the Korean video game organization.
On August 13, the game received an age recommendation as well as a brief description suggesting that the game is at an advanced stage of its development. For the moment, the only PlayStation 5 game that benefits from such a classification is none other than Spider-Man: Miles Morales, whose release for the end of the year is already confirmed.
Here is a fun little note on Sony Interactive Entertainment titles rated in Korea that lends more credence to the possibility of Demon’s Souls being a PS5 launch / launch window title: pic.twitter.com/hBNJocmq8f

Could it be that Sony has a nice surprise in store for us like Imran Khan suggests, who cut his teeth at Game Informer or that our hopes born from this classification will soon be swept aside by Sony?
I’d doubt it if only for COVID reasons but I don’t think it’s off the table. As far as I know, they had always been targeting launch/launch window.
