Jakarta – Deddy Corbuzier recently responded to a video showing dangdut singer Saipul Jamil. In the video, Saipul Jamil and his assistant appear to have been forcibly arrested by a number of authorities because they were suspected of consuming drugs.
The arrest process even appeared chaotic for police officers on the Trans Jakarta (busway) route on Friday, January 5 2024. At that time, Saipul Jamil and his assistant were in the car and were approached by a group of police while shouting.
Not only that, the police seemed to be cursing and saying rude things. Saipul Jamil was forced to get out of his car and was forced to drag him out. Not only that, there was someone who threatened to shoot if the dangdut singer ran away.
After that, he was forced to handcuffed and dragged back into the car to be taken to the police station. In fact, Saipul Jamil even shouted for help, looked scared as if he was going to be robbed and didn’t believe that they were the police.
The arrest caught the attention of residents who were driving, causing a large crowd. Not only that, Deddy Corbuzier also opened his voice regarding the seemingly harsh police actions in the process of arresting Dewi Perssik’s ex-husband.

According to the results of a urine test carried out by the police, Saipul Jamil was declared negative for consuming drugs while his assistant was positive. Because of this, Deddy Corbuzier suggested that the authorities also carry out a urine test.
“Those who were arrested were scared and didn’t believe it was the police… Isn’t it funny… Saiful was given a urine test… He said it was negative… Can the police officers there also be tested,” continued Deddy Corbuzier.
Ending the upload, Deddy Corbuzier quipped that the actions of the police who arrested Saipul Jamil were like SWAT members. “I’m just amazed, this is how drug users are caught. It’s cool, like SWAT members in Indian films,” he concluded.
