Celia Vestey was 71, the last time she breathed last week. In addition to being Harry’s godmother, she had a friendship with Queen Elizabeth II.
As the portal pointed out The Sun, the Duke of Sussex condiled three descendants of Vestey as soon as he learned of the unfortunate news.
“Celia Elizabeth Vestey died suddenly but calmly on Wednesday, November 28,” the mourning statement said.
Vestey was present at major events related to the royal family, 20 years ago she did not miss Harry’s confirmation and, of course, his marriage to Meghan Markle in 2018. She also befriended Prince Charles at aristocratic events.
This is Harry’s second loss this year. His wife, Meghan Markle, had an abortion in July, she announced it last week (more info).
