Wendy Molyneux and Lizzy Molyneux-Loeglin, two of the creators of the comedy series Bob’s Burgers, will be writing the script for the new Deadpool movie together. That reports Deadline Saturday.
According to Deadline Actor Ryan Reynolds, who took the lead in the previous two films, is also involved in the writing process. Last month, several meetings were held where writers could present their ideas for the new film.
In the end, the producers and Reynolds chose the sisters to get started. Wendy and Lizzie have been contributors to several major TV shows, and in 2017 the writing duo won an Emmy for Bob’s Burgers.
Also can Deadpoolfans expect a new director for Deadpool 3. The director of Deadpool 2, David Leitch, will not have time to film next year. Sources tell Deadline that the door is not completely closed for Leitch, but that he is unlikely to return.
It is not yet known when Deadpool 3 comes true.
