The Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) has two ongoing proceedings to establish antitrust violations in the sale of motor fuels in the country. According to the Antimonopoly Commission, the violations are aimed at restricting fuel imports into the country.

- making the conclusion of contracts subject to the other party’s assumption of additional obligations or the conclusion of additional contracts which, by their nature or according to normal commercial practice, are not related to the subject-matter of the main contract or its performance;
- unjustified refusal to deliver goods or provide services to a real or potential customer in order to hinder his business.
