The massive COVID-19 testing and coronavirus vaccination points will remain closed during the Christmas holiday in Cochabamba, as confirmed by the Departmental Health Service (SEDES).
On December 14, SEDES installed a massive immunization point against the coronavirus, in the north curve of the Félix Capriles stadium. But, this Monday, December 25, it will not open.
The service will be resumed tomorrow, December 26, from 08:00 to 13:00.
Meanwhile, the latest report from the Ministry of Health specifies an increase in COVID-19 cases in the country.
The last epidemiological week, No. 50, saw an increase of 61%, “from 303 to 487 cases, with a focus on the department of Cochabamba.”
To prevent complications of the disease, the authorities recommended that the population get vaccinated.
