Since the beginning of the pandemic, 77,342 Hamburg residents have been infected, around 75,200 people are considered cured. Around 955,300 people have already received a corona vaccination; the series of vaccinations is completed at around 640,500.
The prioritization in the Hamburg vaccination center has been lifted – all Hamburgers aged 18 and over can make an appointment for vaccination there and in certain Hamburg hospitals by telephone on 116117 and online at www.impfterminservice.de arrange. Dates are continuously provided depending on the delivery situation. Vaccination options are also available from resident doctors and as part of company medical services; the appointments for this are agreed directly with the respective practices.
As of Friday there will be 36 patients in nine Hamburg hospitals treated as an inpatient, including eleven cases from the surrounding area. The beta variant B.1.351 has so far been clearly detected in 34 cases (+5), in a further 22 cases there is suspicion of this form of mutation on the basis of epidemiological suspicions or on the basis of preliminary investigations. The gamma variant B.1.1.28.1-P.1 has so far been detected in nine cases (no change), in two other cases there is a suspicion. The delta variant B.1.617.2 was detected in 62 cases (+35), there are 45 suspected cases.
In the 25th calendar week a total of 195 cases have been recorded by the health authorities. 15 cases this week are from 0 to 5 year olds, 21 cases from 6 to 14 year olds. Another 46 cases are in the 20 to 29 age group, 33 in the 30 to 39 year old age group and 18 cases in the 40 to 49 year old age group. Only six cases this week can be assigned to the over 70-year-olds.
Allocation to an outbreak event is possible for 60 cases; there are a total of 15 identified outbreaks (from two people). In the majority of the outbreak situations (9 outbreaks with 35 cases) it is the private environment or the household, three outbreaks with a total of seven cases can be traced back to the workplace. In 18 cases a site of infection is given abroad (including Afghanistan, Russia, Greece and Portugal).
The RKI now reports a total of 1,590 deceasedwho were also infected with the corona virus. Among all over 90-year-olds from Hamburg infected with SARS-CoV-2, the proportion of deceased is currently around 24.1 percent, among 80 to 89-year-olds around 20.3 percent, among 70 Up to 79-year-olds around 10.5 percent, among 60- to 69-year-olds around 2.2 percent, and in all other age segments it is well below one percent.
