This weekend the vaccination in Metropolitan Lima and Callao will continue only for people waiting to receive the second dose. In this context, to know the date, time and place of vaccination you must enter the following LINK: https://consultas.pongoelhombro.gob.pe/#/.

It should be noted that all the people who will be vaccinated must be scheduled. After making the consultation, you must go to the vaccination center with your ID and with the informed consent form, which you can print and fill at home.

There are two documents and you must choose one according to the vaccination center that touches you (Minsa or EsSalud). Once you have attended and received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, you will be given a vaccination card.

Will the same vaccine be given in the second dose?

Gabriela Jiménez, director of Immunizations at MInsa, indicated days ago that those who in their first dose received the Pfizer vaccine, in this second dose will also receive the injectable from the same laboratory.

The official emphasized that the three vaccines offered in the country: Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinopharm, have high efficiency and that they have been endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO).

What if you lost your vaccination card?

In the event that your vaccination card has been lost, where the information about the vaccine you have received, what it protects against and the date of the first or second dose, is recorded, the Ministry of Health has enabled the platform “Vaccination card”.

To access it, you can enter using the Unique digital platform of the Peruvian State. In this you will have to enter the requested data: type and number of document (DNI, immigration card, passport or temporary residence permit – PTP), date of birth and date of issuance of your identity document (only if it is about a DNI).

With the data entered, you must click on the green button that says “start session” and if the data is correct, an information window will be displayed that contains, in principle, the data of the holder of the vaccination card: name, date of birth, age and address.

Then the information about the vaccines that have been applied will appear. By clicking on “view detail” you will be able to access your vaccination certificate using a QR code or, otherwise, you will be able to see your vaccination certificate on the screen with more details.
