Complete Content of the Final Job Creation Act 1,187 Pages Can Be Downloaded Here

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Omnibus law Draft Law (RUU) Create Work officially approved by the House of Representatives into Law (Law) at the plenary meeting, Monday (5/10/2020).

After going through various revisions, the Job Creation Law was finally signed by President Joko Widodo ( Jokowi) and accessible to the public.

The Job Creation Bill is a bill proposed by President Jokowi and is the 2020 Priority Bill in the 2020 National Legislation Program.

Structurally, the Job Creation Law consists of 15 chapters containing 186 articles. The Ministry of State Secretariat has uploaded draft Work Creation Act on its website on Monday (2/11/2020) evening.

Before it was officially released by the government, the Job Creation Law was circulating in various versions with different number of pages.
