A traffic accident occurred on Victor Babeș Street, in Cluj-Napoca, between a cyclist and a car. The last one came out of a yard / parking lot, without insuring himself, directly in front of the cyclist.
There was a heated discussion between the two.
”Unfortunately, this is not the only incident of its kind that I see happening more and more often. I would like to mention that I did not and will not complain to the police due to the fact that there were no serious material damages or parts injured in the accident. I just want this video to be used to give an example that car mirrors are NOT put there just to pass the ITP“, Said the cyclist.
The video shows how the driver was already in the lane, and the cyclist entered it. Guilt doesn’t matter now because no complaint has been filed.
The driver’s attitude leaves much to be desired, because he did not take any responsibility for this road accident.
