KOMPAS.com – Rully Wijayanto, the child who sued his mother about heritage property the father on Lombok, Nusa Tenggara, admitted that he was disappointed with his mother’s attitude about the peace concept he was offering.
He admitted that the distribution of the inheritance was in order to clarify the right to the legacy of his late father.
“Later when the decision is made, we will know our rights, my sister’s rights, my mother’s rights, and this is also just in case someone claims the late father’s inheritance,” said Rully, Thursday (13/8/2020 ).
Rully added that his mother, Praya Triningsih (52) offered 4 points, so that the matter was resolved.
These points were delivered during the fourth trial at the Praya Religious Court.
One of the points was the distribution of the 4.2 acre land inheritance and the deposit money belonging to his father.
Mother’s response
Ningsih even threatened to demand milk that was given while Rully was being cared for and raised.
“Anyway, I don’t forgive him (Rully), anyway he has to pay for my milk, I’m tired of being a mother, I’m bored,” said Ningsih in a high voice after the trial, Thursday.
The woman who lives in Kekere Neighborhood, Semayan Village, was surprised to learn about her child’s lawsuit.

As is known, Ningsih was sued by Rully after he did not allow his son to build a kitchen and living room on the land. At that time, Ningsih remembered her husband’s will.
“His father gave a message at that time, since a stroke in 2016, if this house cannot be sold, it cannot be shared. Those who stay, please stay, have their own rooms, this is a shared house, ”said Ningsih, wiping her tears.
