Lesley Ugochukwu will leave Stade Rennais. Under contract with the French club until June 2025, the Franco-Nigerian defensive midfielder will join England and more precisely Chelsea.
According to The Athletic, the Blues and the Bretons have reached an agreement for the transfer of the 19-year-old player, which should be around 26.7 million euros.
Elsewhere, Lesley Ugochukwu has found common ground with Chelsea on a long-term contract. The medical visit is scheduled within the next 24 hours.
Immediately after his recruitment, the player should join Strasbourg as part of a loan. Both clubs have the same owner.
