Shepa has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance industry, specializing in investment and corporate finance. Prior to joining Swedbank, Šepa worked at the largest investment fund manager in the Baltics, BaltCap, also as a board member. In addition to business experience, Shepa has also worked in non-governmental organizations and in industry interest representation.

On the other hand, Kotova has already started performing the duties of the head of the department of services for large enterprises of Swedbank since December 15th. For the past more than 13 years you have been managing the company you founded “Baltic Commercial Aviation Training”. Kotova also has experience working in various management level positions. She managed “Arcolat” in Latvia for more than a year and also worked for “Tetra Pak” for more than 6 years, both as business development manager in Northern Europe region and as marketing manager and category manager in Baltic countries. In the production company “Saga Group” she held the position of sales manager in foreign markets, she managed the sales and marketing department, and was also the commercial director of the company.

In addition to her experience in the business world, Kotova has worked in the non-governmental organization “New Do(o)r”, which aims to create a sustainable ecosystem of social enterprises. Lei kotova is also the first Latvian woman to have summited Everest.
