Doesn’t that only have to do with your own presence? What’s on there isn’t anything strange either, money for everything you buy a ticket for: you are responsible for your presence. For all those other situations you have cancellation insurance.
This situation has been reversed, they lose a lot of their program, and then you will have to see what conditions apply to it.
This does not seem like something to me like at the WMC, your exhibitors cancel so what is your program.

I also wonder what responsibility the parties bear that cancel, they will also have a contract. For the rest, PA will have to have insurance under which they can cancel the entire event.
And don’t forget that any hotels / flights that you have booked have the same conditions.
