“Castlevania”, “Silent Hill” & Co. – What happens to Konami’s brands?
As a longtime video game fan, it’s hard to understand that Konami with its old and really big brands like “Silent Hill” or “Castlevania” does nothing anymore. And then when a new interpretation like “Con: Rogue Corps” appears, it is a medium disaster.
Last weekend there was a rumor that Sony a reboot of “Silent Hill” would have kicked off, but the following messages are not to be scoffed at either. Because supposedly he would PlayStation-Group generally interested in the brands of Konami to buy. Generally, it should be about “Metal Gear”, “Silent Hill” and “Castlevania” act. According to previous rumors Sony implement the first two brands in the form of remakes, at “Castlevania” even a reboot should be planned that is more playful on the Soulsborne titles by From software to orient.
