The sales figures for August speak for themselves: thanks to the public push, the market has returned almost to the levels of 2019 with a trend decline of only 0.5%. What worries most manufacturers and dealers is the data from January to August which, due to the months of lockdown, marks a collapse of 38.8%.

Over 300 million available

Those who want to buy a car with emissions from 91 to 110 grams / km, an important part of super-utility vehicles, small cars and compact cars, now find themselves lacking the incentives that instead exist in a broad way for the other emission classes provided by Ecobonus, decree Relaunch and decree August: these are electric, plug-in hybrids and light hybrids. Analyzing the situation of the funds on the dedicated website of the Ministry of Economic Development, which manages the funds, on Monday afternoon compared to the 500 euros (from the initial 100 million available from 1 September) left for cars between 91 and 100 are still expendable: over 168 million Ecobonus plus a further 41 , 7 million (again for the range between 0 and 60 grams / km, therefore electric and phev) established by the dl August; there are also 106.5 million for cars with emissions between 61 and 90 grams / km of CO2, mostly some full hybrids and mild hybrids.
