Darmstadt (ots) – In the course of an investigation into an escape from traffic accidents, the police are asking for information from the population. On Monday, April 27th, 2020, around 2:30 p.m. in Darmstadt-Kranichstein, there was a traffic accident between a car and a 4-year-old child. The child crossed the sidewalk of the main street in the area of the entrance to the Penny market there and was overlooked by the driver of a car who was just parking in the above-mentioned Wanted to leave the supermarket. As a result, there was a collision between the car and the 4-year-old child, which suffered minor head injuries. The driver of the vehicle could then be stopped in a side street by an unknown witness / pedestrian and thus identified. The police are now looking for the witness / pedestrian who was able to stop the driver of the accident-causing car.
