BW wants to go back to “warning level” – SWR Aktuell

The Baden-Württemberg state government is preparing a new Corona regulation. According to SWR information, it should come into force next Wednesday or Thursday.

The state of Baden-Württemberg will return to the corona “warning level” as early as the middle of next week and will thus open a little faster than provided for in the federal-state decision. In the decision of the Prime Ministers’ Conference on Wednesday, this further opening step is actually only planned for March 4th.

From “Alert Level I” to “Warning Level”: Many loosening possible

In Baden-Württemberg, from Wednesday or Thursday next week, the “alert level” will no longer apply, but the adjusted “alert level”, a government spokeswoman told SWR. New Corona rules: Effects on events

For major events, the upper limits set in the federal-state resolution are used as a guide. From the middle of next week, 6,000 spectators will be allowed indoors and up to 25,000 outdoors.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Health confirmed that 25,000 spectators are already allowed to watch VfB Stuttgart’s Bundesliga game against Bochum on Saturday. VfB had applied for a special permit from the municipal health department. The ministry agreed to this with regard to the easing decisions of the prime ministers’ conference.

Clubs, discotheques and trade fairs are allowed to open again

What is also new is that trade fairs and exhibitions should be possible again from the middle of next week. Clubs and discotheques will also be allowed to open again. Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann (Greens) wants to inform the Baden-Württemberg state parliament about the planned regulation on Friday.
