Two cases, same offense! Two young homeless women, aged 18 and 30, were arrested on December 10, 2020 at around 2 p.m., for a suspicion of theft at a private home in the 8e borough of Lyon (Rhône).
Warned by a neighbor, the police, once there, arrested the two young women as they left the building. It turned out that the two suspects were already unfavorably known to the police.
After a quick investigation, it appeared that the targeted apartment had been carefully searched by the suspects and that their tools were discovered nearby, without theft noted by the victim.
Placed in custody at the Departmental Security and heard, they denied the facts indicating to seek a doctor. Presented to the Public Prosecutor’s Office on November 12 and imprisoned awaiting trial in immediate appearance today.
