On the fourth day of his trial, Fuller confessed today that he murdered Wendy Knell and Caroline Pierce in 1987. In addition, while working in various hospitals, he abused the bodies of at least 100 victims, including some children. That happened from 1989 until his arrest, December last year.

The police tracked down Fuller through a DNA match. Fuller’s DNA was found on the bodies of the murdered women. The family of one of the women was shocked by the details surrounding her death, but said they were relieved that there were now clarity is about her last hours.
Diaries
After his arrest, a million extremely violent pornographic images were found in married Fuller’s home. There were also images of abuse in the morgues. He also kept details about the abuse in diaries.
Fuller had access to the bodies because he worked as an electrician in several hospitals. There he usually worked night shifts, which meant he could simply be alone in the morgue.

Shock and comfort
Britain is shocked by the revelations. Minister Priti Patel (Internal Affairs) called it a shocking case. “The sick details of the crimes are causing distaste in society as well as worry.” The minister expressed her hope that solving the murders and the fact that justice is being done would offer relatives some comfort.
A date for Fuller’s conviction has yet to be set.
