Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree warnings against heat in the provinces:
– Lower Silesia, in the following poviats: Zgorzelec, Bolesławiec, Polkowicki, Głogów, Górowski, Trzebnica, Milicz, Wrocław, Wrocław, Średzki, Wołowski, Lubiński, Legnica, Legnica;
– Opole, in the following poviats: Brzeg, Namysłów, Kluczbork, Oleski, Opole, Opole, Strzelce, Krapkowicki, Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
The maximum temperature during the day will be between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius. At night, the thermometers will show a minimum of 15 to 17 degrees C. The alarms will expire at 8 PM on Friday.

What is a Level 1 Warning?
First level warning IMWM provides for conditions conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that may cause material losses and threaten health and life. Running a business in conditions of exposure to these factors is difficult and dangerous. Expect difficulties resulting from carrying out activities in the area of risk, including delays due to traffic obstructions, disruptions in the course of outdoor events or the possibility of their cancellation.
