Levits calls for caution and humanity during the Covid-19 pandemic
Riga, December 12, LETA. Let us be humane, sensible and pass this test of the pandemic responsibly, President Egils Levits calls in a statement to the people.
The President emphasizes that this time is difficult for all of us, so he understands the anxiety, experiences and uncertainty of each person about the future.
“Without denying everyone the right to freedom of thought and expression, let us remember – being next to our fellow human beings, we wish each other good health and take care that their lives are not endangered. Let us be human, sensible and take this pandemic test responsibly!” .
