Bochum. Claudio Facoetti became seriously ill under artificial respiration with an Air Force aircraft Bochum flown. The 65-year-old Italian from Bergamo had been in an artificial coma for ten days.
He is one of ten Italians who, on the initiative of the state government, were distributed to local hospitals in mid-March because medical care in his home was overloaded due to the coronavirus. Bergamo was the epicenter of the Italian Corona tragedy at the time.

Ines Siglienti played Claudio voice messages to the daughter, showed pictures of the grandchildren. “Even the family’s neighboring children in Italy painted a picture,” says Jürgen Frech, press spokesman for the hospital.
