BMW painted the last 18 i8 in unique colors – Motor

The latest i8 family car was the Portimao Blue Roadster. It was assumed that the production of the model would be completed in April 2020, but the coronavirus infection pandemic made adjustments and the i8 life cycle was extended for another month and a half. The hybrid sports car was equipped with an electric motor that was mounted on the front axle (it was powered by a 7.1 kWh battery) and a 1.5-liter gasoline three-cylinder turbo engine on the rear axle.
