Zamalek TV announced that the emergency meeting of the club’s board of directors has been postponed for 24 hours, to take place next Wednesday instead of Tuesday.
The emergency meeting of the Zamalek club’s board of directors was scheduled for Sunday, then was postponed 48 hours to be held on Tuesday.
However, the meeting was again postponed to be held on Wednesday, at a final date, according to Zamalek TV.
Mortada Mansour, President of Zamalek Club, revealed in a statement last Saturday that the meeting will discuss a serious matter that affects the dignity of the club, and appropriate decisions will be issued to respond to what has been described as an “unprecedented farce.”
For his part, Mortada confirmed the postponement of the meeting through a post on his official account on the social networking site “Facebook” in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Zamalek stated on his official website: “The board of directors of Zamalek club, led by Counselor Mortada Mansour, will hold an important meeting at twelve noon next Wednesday and postponed from last Sunday, in order to discuss the unprecedented farce that affects the dignity of the Zamalek club and the dignity of its board of directors, members of its general assembly and its great masses. “.
