For his part, former deputy Iván Aguilar assured that his telephone conversation with ‘Ñeñe’ Hernández is out of context, since it had no political purpose, simply a chat with friends who had had a few drinks.
Aguilar Zambrano, who insisted that his friendship with the ´Ñeñe ‘took place around the Santander livestock sector, assured that his call to the extinct drug trafficker was given at the request of Sandra Aguilar, whom he met at a fair.
