The City of Liberty thus joins the 20 other American cities in the same case.

It was in a tweet published on the official account that the operator AT&T announced last Tuesday that the ‘Big Apple’ was joining the nearly 20 American cities supported by its 5G network.

For now limited to companies and developers
If you are New Yorker or planning a trip to America’s largest metropolis, now is not the time to change your phone! If AT&T has indeed started to deploy its 5G in the New York region, this remains for the moment limited to certain areas and especially to certain users.
Currently, only users of Galaxy S10 with the subscription “AT&T Business Unlimited Preferred Plan”Will be able to take advantage of this new service in certain areas of New York.
No precise date has yet been announced but AT&T announces that it is working towards a launch in the first half of 2020.
