Dr. Ashraf Zaki, Captain of the Actors, denied what was published and rumors about the transfer of the artist Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra to the hospital after he was exposed to severe health problems, and Zaki confirmed to “The Seventh Day”, that what is said about the transfer of the great artist to the hospital is incorrect, indicating that the artist felt tired Dizziness only in his home in the northern coast, while trying to register with him from one of the satellite channels, and he was not transferred to the hospital, and all that happened was that he entered his room for rest only.
It should be noted that the great artist Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra was born in Damietta Governorate in 1934, obtained a bachelor’s degree in the Higher Institute for Theatrical Arts in 1958, worked as an employee of the Ministry of War, then appointed an actor in the National Theater in 1959.
His first theatrical work was the play (The Return of Youth) by Tawfiq Al-Hakim, and he has several other works in the theater, including (stronger than time, near and strange).
He shone fiercely on TV, and one of the most prominent series in which he participated (King Farouk, who shot Hind Allam, the client 1001, Samara, Juha Al-Masry, and I will not live in the djellab Abi, and other special series.
At the level of cinema, he participated in dozens of films, including (Al-Jazeera, Girls ’Love, Bir Al-Harman, The Seventh Sense), and he also performed audio for some animated films such as (Aladdin) in its two parts in 1992 and 1994, and the role of the lion (Scar) in the movie (The Lion King) Disney produced in 1994, the Arabic version, and many other important works.
