THEStudio Display owners are reporting difficulties updating Apple’s latest monitor and, according to the website MacRumorsthe solution may even be a visit to an Apple store (or authorized agent).
As the publication mentions, several Studio Display owners will have received an indication from Apple’s Customer Support division to take the monitor to be repaired. Apple customers reporting problems indicate that the message appears that “Studio Display could not be updated”, noting that a new attempt should be made in about “an hour”.
Despite this, these customers are not able to overcome this problem, so if you are also experiencing it, we advise you to go to an Apple store.
