HOW TO REGISTER RENEWAL?

Step 1: Pay the Bank Registration Renewal Fee

• Students who will renew their enrollment in Open Education High School must pay the Registration Renewal Participation Fee determined each year. In 2016, the registration renewal fee for one semester was determined as 35 TL.

• The student candidate will go to any branch of Ziraat Bank, Vakıflar Bank or Halk Bank and pay 30 TL to the account of the General Directorate of Support Services, MoNE Revolving Fund Management Directorate by declaring his ID number and keep the receipt. (Note: Halk Bank also requires a transfer fee.)

• 5 TL of the Registration Renewal fee will be paid to the bank account number given by the Public Education or Vocational Education Center Directorate School Family Unions or to the relevant officer in the said schools against receipt.

• It is seen on the system that the Participation Fee for Registration Renewal has been paid. Payments that are not visible in the system prevent our registration renewal process. For this, be sure to deposit your Participation Fee to the correct account.

• Registration renewal procedures of those whose student status is active and non-active in the system 2015-2016 Academic Year II. Since the term, it has been started to be done automatically by the Open Education High School Information Management System. Our students, whose registration renewal process is done automatically, can send a book, diploma or official letter, etc. to the Public Education Center or Vocational Education Center Directorate. When they apply for registration, they will be charged a 5TL Registration Renewal participation fee. In order for our students not to pay the participation fee for a second time, they must keep and keep the 5TL participation fee receipt paid for the current term.

Step 2: Registration Renewal Process

• Students whose student status is active or non-active in the system will wait for the end of the working hours of the day they deposit their participation fee to contracted banks.

• Students whose student status is insignificant on the system will apply to the Directorates of Public Education Center or Vocational Education Center and complete their registration process.

Step 3: Choose Your Courses

• Students whose student status becomes active choose the courses they will take the exam by entering the system.
• All responsibility in course selection belongs to the student.
