Andra Escamilla is a 19-year-old animation student who generated controversy on social networks a year ago about the use of inclusive language.

Through their stories from Instagram, Andra denounced that Telegram was illegally spreading her photos and that of other content creators. In her post, she warned that she was already taking legal action.
“If I were you, I would delete the group because I’m not just going to have your account deleted. I’ll sue them, and if the other girls want, we’ll do a joint lawsuit.”
According to the terms and conditions of platforms such as OnlyFans, the distribution of private content generated on these paid sites, whether for commercial purposes or not, is prohibited.
The creator of affected content is within their rights to require offending users to take down that content from the site where they are sharing it (through a DMCA, for example) or proceed with a lawsuit.
