According to the terms and conditions of platforms such as OnlyFans, the distribution of private content generated on these paid sites, whether for commercial purposes or not, is prohibited.

The creator of affected content is within their rights to require offending users to take down that content from the site where they are sharing it (through a DMCA, for example) or proceed with a lawsuit.
